Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the metro area and 40km beyond it, six days a week. Enter your postcode at checkout and the next three available slots appear before you pay.
How do I skip or cancel a subscription box?
From your account dashboard, up to 24 hours before the box ships. Skipping keeps your pricing tier, and there is no cancellation fee at any point.
What does "carbon-neutral delivery" actually mean here?
Every delivery inside the ring road runs on our electric vans. Longer freight legs are measured per shipment and offset through a verified removal programme — the per-order figure is printed on your receipt.
Can I return the packaging?
Yes. Leave the crate and liners outside on your next delivery day and the driver collects them. Crates are washed and reused up to 60 times; liners are industrially compostable.
Do you supply offices and restaurants?
We do. Wholesale accounts get consolidated invoicing, a named account manager and standing weekly orders.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we refund or replace the item on the next delivery — no need to send anything back.
